In 2017, I published an environmental policy paper called Global Challenge: Local Leadership. This set outScottish Conservative thinking in tackling the global climate crisis and its effects in Scotland. In fact, this was the only opposition environmental policy paper to be published – a clear sign of how important the Scottish Conservatives take this vital issue.
